Many thumbs up and hands in the air were captures by the photographer, but the true celebratory spirit was something you had to be there to experience. Just look at some of the gorgeous faces captured this week!

Nansenparken parkrun #80

Having woken up to a massive downpour on parkrun morning, the event team expected a quiet parkrun this Saturday. To our joy, the opposite happened, and loads of lovely parkrunners arrived in the park! To top it off, the rain stopped just in time for the prerun briefing, and by the time we reached the cafe for a post parkrun coffee, the sun broke through the otherwise gray sky.

A total of 95 parkrunners crossed the finishline this morning, which is a new attendance record for Nansenparken parkrun! We also hit a milestone of 1000 different individuals visiting our parkrun, completing a total of 3000 parkruns with us in Nansenparken. The total distance of these 3000 parkruns is almost the same as running from Oslo to Cape Town!
