Allthough spring is on its way, it was a chilly, yet beautiful morning in Nansenparken, as 27 parkrunners joined us for our 21st event.
It was a bit more quiet than usual because of Sentrumsløpet taking place later the same day, but we were happy to see that many new and familiar faces, and tourists from Australia and France, found their way to Nansenparken this Saturday morning.
This weeks volunteers included 5 parkrunners who volunteered with us for the very first time. It is great fun for the core team to see the Nansenparken parkrun community growing! Among our first time volunteers was Liam and his lovely dog who covered the important role as tail walker this week.
This week 27 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 11 were first timers and 6 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 1 different clubs took part.
The event was made possible by 7 volunteers:
Amy THOMSON • Ole Kristian BRASTAD • Elizabeth ACKLAM • Martin Ødegård LUNDE • Liam TURNER • Anders NORDBY • Maria De Los Angeles PERSSON
