Another glorious Saturday morning in Nansenparken!
This was our first event with a bit of frost on the ground, and the parkrunners were told some causion was needed when running. This did not seem to affect the mood as there were smiles all around the course!

This week we also had a parkrun tourist visiting from the US!

The core team were again delighted to be joined by some new volunteers, and as you all know, without volunteers there will be no parkrun. We are very happy to see that more runners are enjoying taking part in volunteering from time to time. That is exactly what we wish for at parkrun!

The final picture of this week sums up parkrun quite well, as the first finisher has caught up with the tailwalkers, and they are all enjoying parkrun at their own speed, just like we want it to be at parkrun!

This week 33 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 18 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.
The event was made possible by 8 volunteers:
Amy THOMSON • Erling MORK • Elizabeth ACKLAM • Thomas JENSSEN • Linn Jenssen ACKLAM • Erik Jenssen ACKLAM • Signe FRETLAND • Petter AUSTRHEIM
